Casey Weston is a contestant from Season 1 of The Voice. She was first seen at the Blind Auditions but none of the coaches turned their chair around during the performance leaving her to be eliminated. Due to some of the coaches having not filled their team of 8 after seeing all the artists, some were given second chance performances. In her second Blind Auditions she sang "Stupid Boy" by Keith Urban and Adam pressed his button making Casey part of his team.

Adam then chose during the Battle Rounds to pair up Casey with Tim Mahoney and gave them the song "Leather and Lace" by Stevie Nicks and Don Henley. At the end of their performance Adam chose Casey to take through to the Quarterfinals and Tim was eliminated from the competition.

During the Quarterfinals, Casey sang "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" by KT Tunstall and was 2nd to sing during the live show. Casey also sang with the rest of her team and their coach Adam Levine to "With a Little Help from My Friends" by The Beatles. Casey was saved by Adam and moved on to the Semi-finals.

At the Semi-finals, Casey sang "I Will Always Love You" by Dolly Parton and was 4th to sing during the live show. The final four were announced based on a mix of public's vote and voting of their coaches. Both carried equal weight of 100 points for a total of 200 points. Casey received 35 from Adam and 27 from the public eliminating her from the competition and leaving Javier Colon to advance to the Finals. In the results show the final 8 all performed together to a "Faith/Freedom '90" medley by George Michael.
