Raquel Castro is a contestant from Season 1 of The Voice. She was the nineteenth singer to be seen on the Blind Auditions and sang "Bleeding Love" by Leona Lewis. Christina pressed her button making Raquel part of her team.
Christina then chose during the Battle Rounds to pair up Raquel with Julia Eason and gave them the song "Only Girl (In The World)" by Rihanna. At the end of their performance Christina chose Raquel to take through to the Quarterfinals and Julia was eliminated from the competition.
During the Quarterfinals, Raquel sang "Blow" by Kesha and was 1st to sing during the live show. Raquel also sang with the rest of her team and their coach Christina Aguilera to "Lady Marmalade" by Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Mya and Pink. Raquel was eliminated along with Lily Elise in this round.
